I have a 98 Z and am blown and loving it. Parts list I am running

GM SC Kit
2.7" Pulley
Adj FPR
320 CC RC INjectors (The ones in the kit dont work high impedance)
2000 Starter
EGR Block Off Plate
EGR Simulator

And bada bing, you have a superchargerd 99 and lower 2.4.

you are going to have a dealership install the s/c on your 99?haha that is going to cost you and plus i bet the dealership would look at you funny when u want them to install a walbro fuel pump and a FMU.

you have a 99 so u dont need the egr stuff. chances are u might have the smaller 2k style starter.
chris- suprised the egr sim' is working for you, most everyone has tryed that has got a bad hesitation, random stalling and a rough running car with the egr simulator due to the drop in voltage with the simulator hooked up. ah well

here is what i would do as i explained 5 times in other posts.

a cartech adjustable fmu
better in tank fuel pump(weather it be walbro or the blazer F.A.Q one) as the stock one dont like high pressure that is demanded from the FMU.

injectors- i would stay stock if you are running the stock GM s/c pulley.

gap the gm sc plugs a little lower , like to .030 ish. or some ac delco rapid fire # 5s.

but i am probably wasting my time, as u probably dont know what a spark plug is if you are having a dealership install the gm s/ c.

the starter alone is like 150$, but why spend that when a junkyard low mileage one is like 35$ .

seems like you brian have lots of $ to get a boosted car but not much knowledge. if i were u i would trade in the z24 and buy a car that is boosted from the factory.

Everyone starts somewhere with boost. I wouldnt reccemend haveing someone (a dealer) install your SC. It is overwhelming when you get all the parts but everything falls into place. Give yourself a solid weekend and you will have it done with no problems.

As for the EGR sim, I am not running it but for inspection I will get it so I dont have a code thrown. My car runs incredible with my set up amd would do another one in a heart beat. If I lived near you I would install it for 200$, lol. Just because my hands would hurt afterwards from all the skinned knucles.

Any questions just ask, dont worry about people flaming about the search. The way it is even if you ask a Q that has been asked 1000 times befor there is always new info out. So it isnt a bad thing to start a new thread to spread some new knowledge.

Check your 99, you may be set for the blower already. I have a 99 engine in my car but it was one of the beginning run and had the EGR and all the other horse $hit. Either way you go, learn something and do it yourself. You will enjoy it more if you did it yourself.
