RIght now I';m running RSM supercharger computer with a turbo set up I also have a Cartech Adjustable FMU...... WHat do I need to tune my car as far as widebands go........ DO I just buy the sensor ..... and it hooks into the reflashed PCM or do I need to get a guage or a unit that reads the sensor.............. my o2 sensor in the car right now is broken..... so I wanted t know if I could just replace it with a wideband.............

Well, a wideband will give you info to help i nthe tuning process. Also, some of the controller units (which is what you would need) will replace your stock sensor, because it has a narrowband output. You can not just plug the sensor into the stock computer. it is expecting a narrow band. So, you can buy a wideband unit, that has a narrow band output, and just wire that to the purple wire that the stock O2 sensor is plugged into. (at least i think its purple, check for your year). Also, some units come with a gauge, some don't. So, get whatever you prefer. I like having that gauge there, so i know if I ever lean out, for any reason, cause lean = blown engine fast, especially with a turbo.

Some brands and names to look into might be PLX devices, Innovative LM1. Those are two of the most popular names, that I know provice a narrowband output.
