In the spring I plan on boosting my eco. I'm going to start buying parts soon and i just want to make sure that i have everything...so, this is my list that i've come up with, if anyone has any opinions on it, feel free to give me some advice.
My current mods are in my registry and this is what i'm planning to go with...
RSM STG1s/c
smaller s/c pulley
Forged Internals - P/R/R
62mm Throttle body
Bigger injectors (how big?)
fuel pump
AFPR
SAFCII/cartech/emanage etc... (not sure yet, give me your opinions)
2.5" mandrel bent exhaust w/ high flow cat
Gauges (boost, oil press, EGT)
motor mounts
wideband o2
clutch (depending on how much money i have left)
i think i should sell my stg 2 cams, being too agressive for boost and buy boost made cams
also, should i keep my lightened crank pulley or get rid of it?
so, that's my list, if i've missed anything, let me know and any opinions on parts and ideas are welcome...
oil feed. return, bov, charge piping, intercooler..... unless your dropping 5000 on a rsm stage 1 kit.........
depending on boost pressure............ 32 lbs... to around 42 lbs injectors should do unless you plan on finishing your motor completely internally.... then you need big stuff.....

yea, i plan on dropping the money for the kit...i'm not sure how far i'm gonna take this, so i guess around 40lbs injectors will do
ill sell you my rsm stage 1 kit for 3,000. Its only a few months old and i will be sure to give you EVERY part that it came with, including the 62mm throttle body.
I also have a Gatorback belt on it so it will be sure to see the full 6 psi.

Ben you hit a 14.6 with the RSM stage 1 kit ???? thats sooooo fast most cars that came from RSM won't hit a 14......... hahaha they are 15 bound...... well on an eco maybe different...... I hit a 14.6 at 8.7 psi with a 2200 turbo on 17" rims........

as far as the RSM system............... buy it but NOT from RSM ...
WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY too much money for a 14.6...........
I hit the same and I spend 3500 CDN with a 2200 motor..........
................. get it used ....... and if you do you can probably get injectors as well ......... from the seller since they will have no need for the ones they bought..........................................

that rsm charger system should come with a reflash............ now They have a rep of messing up tuning ............
and I'll be honest with you I have the reflash on my 2200 from RSM (I live 20 min from them) for a turbo set up and they really *&$KED up the tuning huge......... during a drivability test I was running at another shop it told me that my car was LEANING OUT during accel. so I had to go out and fork over another 200 for a cartech adjustable FMU........... now the set up with the reflash is working but don't be surprized if there are tuning issues........ one good thing is that the computer will not allow your motor to pop.............. it retards timing to so much .......... (loss of power but saves your motor)

Hey sorry i never responded, i rarely check my e-mail... Ill send you one tonight, my work computers wont got to yahoo.
Anyway, yea before i was looking at selling the car but now im just going to sell the supercharger off of it. Ill e-mail you tonight and we can work this all out.
Whenever you want it i can have it pulled off my car that day most likely, only takes about 2 hours to remove (took it off when i put my clutch in) And in the mail the next day.
