Corky Bell has done a book for Superchargers too, heres a link to a site that has it for sale, its in Canadian Currency though.

Check out cartech. They have a pretty nice book for sport compact boost. Covers s/c and turbo, roots and centrifugal.

Amazing book.. a bit oudated in some aspects but as mentioned the basics are there and you REALLY get an understanding for how things work, why, and how to properly build your own turbo setup.
Buy it, you won't regret it.
