Use a check valve, you can find them at advanced auto parts or any other auto parts store, you put it inline of the map sensor, i made a diagram somewhere... ill try to dig it up.

the check valve runs inline of your map sensor which is on your intake manifold. for a 2200 its on the rear of the intake manifold on the passanger side. Its a black black.

Low boost would be about 5psi would be safe for a stock engine.

t3 40 trim? thats a bit small for a 2200. You would love a t3 super 60... tho some are gonna argue with me on that but I know where the proof is

i said the 40 trim cause some are saying that the bigger turbos are a little big. im still kinda deciding on what trim and a/r.

super 60 trim all the way.

it'll be happy all the way up to 10psi, and if you're really crazy it'll even do a great job boosting at 15psi.

but if you're looking to only boost 5psi and thats it, then a smaller turbo would be better.

but if you're looking for a lil more grown up boost, the super 60 will be the best

well for right now i want to start with low boost till i build the block up after that, boost will be alot more than 5 psi

I looked at it and im thinking its not realy a super 60, There is a diff in a 60 trim and a super 60. The inlet on that one is odd. When buying a turbo you get what you pay for. Buying a good turbo like a new turbonetics super 60 though expensive can save you money in the long run.

yea i didnt think it was cause of the trim. just startin off i think im gonna go with like a 45-50 trim and then get bigger from there

yea don't confuse the 60 trim and the super 60, there is a difference between the two.

the super 60 has a broader efficiency range, so it makes power longer

this one would be your best bet/

T3 super 60

just search in ebay "T3 super 60" and it'll come up with the right ones

Yeah, you do know where the proof is ....Il tell you what, I know the Super 60 will be good for you, even at lower boost......and on stock internals....Been there, done that, got the cobalt SS getting beat on Tv at Bash as proof....

My cav has not had a check valve on the MAP for 53k miles. The thing just stops reading at 103kpa.

I don't need a damn sig.
