No offence but why would you do research AFTER you bought something. Wouldn't it be a good idea to find out before you put your money down?

When you purchase a product on ebay, you enter a legally binding contract and you are required to pay for that item...

ya and you are a scammer that claims to sell kits for a cavalier, but they actualy dont fit and arn't worth half what you sell it for. you misslead people into thinking its a bolt on kit and taking advantage of people who don't do research what they are buying first....

i wouldn't pay him for the kit you won, i would rather have negative feedback than waste $2000 on a garbage kit that won't fit your car

dude this is exactly what i was trying to say before... you dont care so much about the customer.. you only want t he money.. You need to enter into some customer service courses or something dude. this looks like an azzhole comment on your part.. people back out of ebay bids all the time.. instead of posting something like what you just did the customer service friendlything to do would have been to say something like..

"our kits come complete with all necessary parts to be installed. and we are constantly improving on them and upgrading with new quality parts to add to the already quality parts included in the kit. if there are any questions about the install or any concerns with the parts included we will do our best to get you what you need as quickly as possible and answer you as soon as the question has been properly researched. and if you have already won t he kit off of ebay then i look forward to the chance of serving you and all your performance needs."

but this is they you come across "you cant back out give me my money now or im telling..." not cool man. you need to start looking at what you say and how it reflects you and your "business" im trying to help you man. you obviously listen to NOTHING that anyone has tried to tell you. we dont want your business to fail but you need to take a serious look at the way you are handling things.

A lot of people that sell their items on Ebay I have become PARTNERS with. I then deal with them directly instead of going through their auctions...such as the manifolds.

Ebay kits:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=7979936713&sspagename=STRK%3AMESO%3AIT

You all can do me a favor. Before you purchase anything from me, e-mail some of those few customers of mine from ebay. Ask them how my customer service is. Ask them how my products are. Ask them about how FAST I respond to my e-mails and how FAST I take care of issues.

I ran into a problem with sinrocker which will be TAKEN CARE OF. I realize I made a mistake, that is my fault - I admit that.

I just wish people would grow up and lay off the topic. It's not like I didn't send him ANYTHING. I'm working on getting him a refund. Problems happen, and I'm taking care of it as we speak.

look through his past history, most of the people who bought sfuff was for junk he sold for less than a couple of bucks...

if you want people to lay off, give us what we want, pics of this so called turbo kit on a car, since its built for our cars and "bolts right on" then you should have no problem getting pics... oh wait maby its cause its a bunch of universal parts that dont fit, thats why you cant provide pics and all these people you have sold kits to, non of them have been installed?
you are an idiot and no one should buy your garbage they are just throwing money away, either show pics of it installed or STFU!

When did you buy a kit from me?

How do you know our kits are "a bunch of garbage?"

If you have yet to see installed pictures, how can you say it LOOKS like garbage installed?

If you don't even own a kit, how can you even say it PERFORMS like garbage?

Don't tell me to STFU. Grow up.

and it looks like cavalierextreme is gonna fail the same way that exploited did. i guess making turbo kits for jbodies is a lost cause. no one is ever happy.

here's my take on the situation, based on observations and reading the numerous cavalier extreme posts

i think frank was trying to help out the j community by offering turbo kits at a reasonable price. so what if he gets the materials cheap on ebay. some people prefer to get a kit that includes everything, while others would rather save some money and buy everything on their own. i'm tired of reading post after post about cavalier extreme's kits being garbage or being ripped off. how many people actually have purchased a kit from frank? i believe there is one case where there was some misleading and shady stuff, i think it involved charge pipes and an intercooler that would supposedly bolt up to the rsm kit. ok, thats one mistake and from what i've read, frank seems to be taking care of that. he made a mistake, we all make mistakes. on the other side of the argument, i have seen instances where frank has responded to posts in a very unprofessional manner. in recent posts on the jbo, i would have to say that his customer service skills are lacking. let me point out that this is just an observation, i have never dealt with cavalier extreme so i have no first hand experience. this whole drama with cavalierextreme seems like a bunch of bs. what i think needs to happen, is that frank needs to give some people turbo kits, so that way we will have pictures of what they look like installed and we will know how they perform. that will show us whether or not they are true "bolt on" kits. if the kits fit together and perform well, then everyone should quit whining and put all this bs to rest. i'm done rambling now. if none of what i wrote makes any sense, oh well i'm slightly intoxicated
