Could be that it isn't installed right? Do you have internal or external gate? They BC hooks up differently for each other.
Failure is not failure if you learn from it
Okay, looked into your reg... Do you have two vac lines on the MBC? I had mine istalled just into the reference side of the WG and it was overboosting. You have to hook a tee into the lines and run a vac line to the top. First line goes to a tee to the inlet on the WG and the other line off that tee goes to the inlet side of the MBC, then the outlet line from the MBC goes to the top of the gate. Hopes al this makes since.

well i have a external and its the greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller, i read the manual and the internal wastegate uses the com and the no port... i have the vacuum line from the compressor of the turbo to the NC port, and then from the com port back to the wastegate, in the book for internal they use the other port NO for internal, so i swear i have it hooked up rite, i duno wat else 2 do. Which port on the wastegate to u attach the line 2, i have the tial 38 er 42mm and should i connect to the one on the side er the top, i have it connected 2 the side one if that makes a difference, and thats where it was before...

so should both ports on the wastegate have vacuum lines going to them?...i just have line from SIde port on wastegate to the out of the boost controller, then the in on the boost controller to my turbo compressor, what else do i have 2 TEE?

Yes both sides need vac lines on them.Run a line from the compressor side to the wategate and in that line put a "T"fitting, off the top of the WG goes to the com port on the controller and from the NC port goes to the "T"in the the line u just installed ealier.i have the same controller as u and love it.
k sweet i got it , thanx guyysss i got one more question, do u guys ever go like half throttle and reach about 4 pounds of boost and run lean like 14 er so, for abit and then jump down to perfect around 11.8 er so cause i hit about 5 pounds at 14 afew times for like 1 second then goes rich , is that alright, er wat
