Engine honing???

Hey,
For all the guys that have bored over engines, I was wondering what type of boring job and honing did they do? I need to get my block bored over 20 thou according to my pistons. The engine shop in my area doesn't have a torque plate hone. I understand that torque plate honing was the best way to get it done. What is working for you, or did you guys have it done that way? Also for you guys with weisco forged pistons 9:1 what cylinder clearance are you guys going with. Mine says 2 1/5 thou. I personally think that is a little tight...I was thinking 3 or 3/1/2...let me know what you think. If it matters I plan on running 20 psi. Thanks.

You shouldn't NEED a torque plate hone I don't think, it's just a bonus some places can serve up.
With forged aluminum pistons, I think you're supposed to run around 4 thousandths...
