alright i have the 2.3 ho manifold installed. i want to run a turbo so what im askin is who has pictures of there 2.4 with the 2.3 intake manifold and a turbo. i want to get some ideas as to how you guys have ran your tubing thatnks. any pictures or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Clock the turbo so the compressor points down. Route the charge pipe from the turbo to the FMIX under the motor next to the engine mount. It requires snipping off the end of the lower engine mount bolt so that the charge pipe can fit. The output charge pipe from the FMIC curves around where the windshield washer tank used to be
The charge pipe comes up under battery tray and into the throttle body. All pipes are above the bottom of the oil pan.
Look for pics of John Mackleer's setup.

All great ideas will be copied bro.
I haven't shown pics of my motor yet for that very reason but it's gonna happen you know?
It's just a catch can that has been modified to hold washer fluid and work with the stock pump...
3" diameter and about 8" of height. It leaves the entire underside of the battery tray open.

What I do with every turbo setup I work with is use a small slice of screen and metal hose clamp. Clamp it over the compressor inlet. Beats fabricating another pipe from your compressor inlet back around to a fender well. Because who wants their cone filter sitting right by their firewall? I sure wouldn't.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
no I meant for the coolant. but everybody copy's everybody or else there wouldn't be people trying new things to get away from all of the clear tailed, APC stick'n, LED wash'n, non painted body kit wear'n dorks.
I atcually had an idea to change it a long time ago(because its ugly as fuk) but I'm sure hundred other people have too but no one goes through with it. I love your car and everything about it, keep up the good work.
