fuel managment is the only thing needed to worry about, tune it and you could run even more boost

Just fuel mods, no internal work needed for that boost level.

I would guess in the area of 230-240, maybe more, maybe less, depending on the efficiency of the intercooler and pipe routing etc.

The LD9 really loves boost, thats all I have to say! Responds very well under pressure heh.

is there a proven better way to route piping in a turbo setup?

I have a 2200 running a turbo set up at 8 psi Daily with a 30" fmic and its running great. however you must understand for daily driving you won't always be hitting boost. and if you do you'll hit 3 psi but then again when you want the power the 8 psi goes nice.

haha have fun ..... good luck......... Get a good rising rate fuel pressure regulator and 26 -28 lbs injectors...... I'm running those injectors with a custom computer at 8 psi.
