is any of the turbo guys on here running it?
NX N-tercooler chiller kit
how does everyone like it? noticable power difference? has anyone ran CO2 or just nitrous?
all feedbacks and info are wanted.
yes i have it. makes a very noticeable difference. especially on those really humid days. it basically freezes all the moisture in the air cooling it. lots of humidity=lots of cooling. it does make a difference even when its not humid too
ill be running with and without it at the bash

are they pricey? and how long can you run one? I'm interested on making a purchas.. is the reason why I'm asking.. When I think of this I think of nitrous and the the amount those can put out (as far as longevity)
**changes are here**
i can get 10-20 runs on a bottle normally. i use it on really long trips too where i do lots of highway driving and have to pass cars a lot. helps to keep everything cool when you need the power to pass the big rigs.
you can get it with either a CO2 or NO2 valve on the bottle. i have the CO2 valve but run nitrous currently simply because its easier to find places to fill the tank with nitrous than CO2

when you ran that 13.6@101, did you use it, or was that just on 9psi?
that was without it....in indy...90+ degrees...around 90% humidity. if i had had the sprayer working im guessing i woulda dropped a few tenths on that run. never know. gonna have to find out this time.

this is quite interesting as I haven't heard any positive feedback about these.
has anyone tried that cryogen CO2 thinger yet? Its a 2.5" or 3" sleeve you fit into your intake and the bulb in the middle freezes when you send c02 thru it.
I thought CO2 could be filled at any welding suppliers store?

most welding supply stores will sell you a bulk tank. 20,40,50,75, 100 lb tanks. then you have to fill your 10lb tank from that. a 50lb tank of CO2 costs about 250 the first time and 100 or so each time you turn the tank in and get a new full one. just isnt cost effective to buy one of the bulk tanks...not to mention i dont have the storage space for it. LOL.
