For everyone running turbo...anyone install the turbo before an aftermarket clutch? if so...how long did it last?
I installed my s/c at 64,000 miles with a stock clutch. I blew it out after a week of driving.

I've got 11k miles on my stock clutch 7k of being boosted. Quite a few 1/8th passes and a ton of dicking around on the street. No signs of slipping or wearing out yet.
i put in the aftermarket clutch at 60k and only thing wrong was a blown throwout bearing , Ive had 15k with the new setup on and no problems

i have 62000 on my fire right now...probably have around 63000 when i get turbo put on...from your experience how long do you think i can drive with the stock clutch?
15000 and going strong. Still a good idea to invest
in an aftermarket though.
