If price matters you dont want to start working on a turbo..
you need at least 2600.00 CDN to get a decent reliable kit... running roughly 6 PSI with an intercooler.............. as stated above if money is an issue.... turbo s not your route......

yup, if money is or will be an issue, turbo won't be your route because of fuel consumption. But most of us wouldn't mind sacreficing fuel for the joy of speed.
