ecotec fuel line part no?
Saturday, June 25, 2005 6:16 AM
Anyone know where I can get the fuel line that connects to the rail? I picked up a new fuel rail and injectors but it did not include the lines that go down to the quick disconnects. Is there a specific part number for it that anyone knows of?

Thanks

you should be able to order some standard fuel line from any auto parts store.

I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.

I am talking about the metail lines that come off the rail that holds the injectors and not the ones that run to the gas tank. Is that a standard part? You can see it here in these pictures with and without.

I guess the lines on the new 05 Ion and Cobalt have NVH reducing clips on them instead of the old aluminum ones. I will have to stop by the dealership and see if I can get a P/N for it.

Here are some pics of the new fuel line on the 05 cobalt and ion. It is definitely different than the others.

Its always pricey at the dealer. I have tried e-mailing some junkyards but I cannot seem to explain to them what the part is. I will keep trying car-part.com until I find someone who understands which part I am talkign about. You should definitely be able to get it cheaper than 95 bucks even if you can get the part number and go to gmpartsdirect.
