i was wondering where i can buy a VORTECH supercharger for a 96 z24 cavalier. i know there are a few sites that have some but i want to know which is best, and maybe what the site is.
also, does the VORTECH s/c come with a fuel pump? i know it comes with just about all the other fuel parts, but im not sure about that.
anyways, if i throw a VORTECH s/c onto a 2.4L z24 engine with header and exhaust, how much hp do you guys think i will see? just wondering, because im gonna be doing a sc conversion soon.

yeah the only complete kit comes from RSM , they have 2 stages
no fuel pump comes with the kit
some where in the high 100 to low 200 range , at the wheels
i think the last post i saw of a dyno for this s/c kit was 181hp? but i think he needed a bit more tuning, but i would say 190hp-200hp depending on your elevation...

you can pick up a vortech head unit from my boy mike over at superchargers4less.com and he will hook you up but you would need to fab up your own bracket and such....
But me personally would go with a ATI ProCharger head unit and it is self contained and very compact and can deliver crazy power and tq!
