ok guys, i know im kinda in uncharterd territorry on this one buy it's worth a shot....
i actualy asked this in karo's post but i was kinda thred jacking in there plus i figure i'll reach more eyes in my own post...
i have in my posession a blower setup off of a cobalt ss...
i have every little line, gear, pump, blower, nut screw and bolt i need except one thing..
gm used a much larger drive by wire TB on the cobalt.. where my fire has this tini tiny littl cable TB.. obviously its not gonna just bolt up..
now in the little gm ecotec build book that i have here i have a part number for the adapter to make this work... guess what... part number isnt any good yet..
so i'm hoping to go dig in a couple yards to see if i can luck out in finding a TB that will bolt up.. but i'm not sure how that will go
any other ideas??
and yes give me a couple days and ill get you guys some pics

make a adaptor your self
its your only choice at this point
Just so you know, You don't have every little bolt you will need. You will have to make several trips to the local hardware store to buy some metric bolts for the intake manifold.
The bolts are a different thread on the 2.0 head (they are larger than yours). There are also several other items that just don't "bolt up". But you'll figure that out as you go along.
As 97 cav said, you need to make an adapter plate. It's certainly not impossible... look back at the S/C part number thread again and you'll see.
