i just got started on installing my hahn kit, and check me if I'm wrong, but the downpipe seems to simply have a flange for connecting directly to the catback exhaust system, with no place for the stock cat. my car is registered in vermont, and i'm sure i'll quickly have issues with inspection (stupid environmentalists.) what should I do? weld in an aftermarket cat? if so, which one? I can't be throwing any o2 sensor related codes, come inspection time. thanks in advance.

yeah my hahn kit is the same way. we dont have emissions in oregon, so its not a big deal.

you might be able to cut a mid section of the down pipe off and put a cat in there and weld the back piece with the O2 bung in it back on. the down pipe is way long.
