ANyone have a BITCH of a time gettin the damn bottom bolts tight on the wastegate with this manifold. i just CANT seem to get it to seal...is there any spray u can spray on the gasket to let it seal better...ANd is there any hints for getting those bolts tightened ...i wonder if their is a thicker gasket you can get for the TIAL wastegate. BAH im stressing i cant get it sealed, and i can only make 4 psi instead of 6 cause of it, plz sumone helpp

I dont know of any spray. Only thing is to make sure the mating surfaces are 100% flat. Make sure the gasket is also in good shape. I dont see why it wouldnt seal if both of the statements i made were true.

what kinda wrench are you using? I found using a "shorty" wrench helped out a lot getting down there. Also are you doing this with the turbo on or off? might be easier with it off.

Oh, poor thing is not making enough boost because of one lose bolt.
Come one man, find a better excuse, you know why you are making 4 psi?? Because you have a 1/4Bar spring in the Tial wastegate, that is why.
I have a leak by the waste, and on the T3 flange, no problem boosting up to 9 psi, it might take a few hunderd RPMs later but it will get there.
So before you make crappy claims like this think it through and ask someone, because some other newb is going to see this and believe you and all of the sudden we have Turbos running at 4 psi because of one little ass leak.
