yeah ive had my turbo for like 3 months now .. im running 6psi ... and i have a 2000 2.2 sunfire auto 3 gear (slushbox) whatever... rksport catback highflow cat upper and lower rksport engine mounts.. thats it performace wise... but my car is really really slow off the line up until like 40-45mph than i can feel the hp picking up... but my boost usally comes around 30mph , and like i raced .. well went really fast with a nissian altima 3.... whatever it was a 2006 .. and we were on the highway and coming on to the highway ... i couldnt catch him at all then around 45 i was pulling and around 80 i completely caught up ... pretty neck and neck .. but at the higher speesds 60-80mph the hp and torque were right there when i wanted it .. is this just something with a turbo r do i need a turbo timmer?......oh sorry for the long story

Turbo timers let the car idle after you turn it off to cool the turrbo. That wont help you with what you are asking for.
If you want to hit boost sooner without sacrificing any of your top end, shorten your charge pipes the best you can or free up your exhaust more. Are you intercooled? What do you have for fuel mods with the turbo set-up? What have you done for tuning?

also
shift boot and short throw shifter..... for an auto... just asking, but are you trying to shift this and race manually?
if you are you are prob doing more damage than good and can pretty much be the reason of your lack of punch off the line until you get into upper rpms....
unless the tranny is rebuilt for shifting it under power, and a torque converter made for it... you are probably overheating your trans fluid big time.... do you have a guage for it? the transmission temp?
Dude its all about your exhaust. Get a bigger exhaust and you will see a whole new world of power. My stock exhaust was like 1.6 inches in one spot. I cant even imagine putting a turbo on that. Its like trying to sh*t through a Straw
