Hi, i have a 02 ecotec i am about to boost. i am making the kit my self with gs-t parts. plan to boost 14 psi. I need injectors or where can i find them. I was told my fuel rail is different on my 02 then on a 03 and up.

You really need to do some more research if you are planning on pushing 14 psi. The GS-T can push it because it runs such low compression. Your motor is completely different than a 4G63. Jasmin (suncavi) ran DSM injectors for a while but was unable to get them to idle right I believe. Your fuel rail is different. It is hard to get aftermarket AFPRs to bolt to it but some Eco guys are finding ways around that. I don't know that particular motor very well so I wont say how to do it. Run some searches about both questions and you will find good solid answers.

Get some RC injectors... they will be your best bet... and probably something around the 370cc range....

thanks for the write back. And about research thats what i am doing here. That and a have a friend that works on ecos and dsm. And reducing timing lowers some compression. people now with the haln trubo kit is doing 12 psi. Where can i get a set of RC injectors.

Timing has absolutely nothing to do with compression. The ONLY way to lower compression is to dish the pistons, bore the cylinders, and/or remove material from the combustion chambers.

I tried the DSM injectors and the style of them prevented me from using them, plus they were huge to run without adjustable FPR or something at least.
As you know Eco is a high impedance system, and all of the named injectors as DSM ford brown tops and red tops and green tops, are all low.
You are going to have to drop to OHMS so that you can run peak and hold, because the stock system is saturated and that is exactly what it is going to do saturate you motor with gas.
Flood the plugs, won't be able to start and all the good stuff.
I am using the brown tops 370's witht he 2002 with stock FPR. I ran it like that for a while and it has no problems idling except everything smells like god damn gas.
Now I have a S-AFC leaned down to -35% on idle to somewhat get rid of the gas stench.

I am getting a 2003 rail tody and tomorrow probable sticking my 2.4L Accel FPR on it and my boys 440's from a DSM, and turning up the boost to like maybe 10-11 psi.
I am running bigger Turbo than all of those kits are offering. (57trim)
So 11 psi off my Turbo and some little t3, cfm wise a big difference.

Red tops are high impedance, I believe Green tops are as well, but not sure on that one. I know for sure that red tops are.
