It is not "advertised here." It happens to appear time to time in the google ads, and despite the fact that I have added that and many other URLs to the list of ads that are NEVER to appear, Google keeps showing those ads.

Those ads come from Google and Dave (the site owner here) has been trying for a while to get them to stop sending those scam ads here.
Make no mistake... they are not endorsed or recommended in any way by j-body.org and are a complete waste of money.
