Is there any chance that while running turbo with 2.5" high flow cat and 2.5" catback, i'll be able to pass PA emissions laws? doubt it but just wondering from all of you who have boost.

my father owns a shop in pa and i am pretty sure that you would be able to. as long as you have a cat and a muffler with a good exhaust you are ok. you cannot remove any smog pump or stuff like that though but i am sure a turbo would be ok... i will ask him about it today.....
