Now I seen in another thread posted by exterminator that he used the GM supercharger 310c injectors with his 03 ecotec supposedly the injectors on a 00+ 2.4 are the same size and resistance as the 03+ Ecotecs. The part number for the GM 2.4 supercharger injectors is 17113399.. Is that correct I want to verify that?
Now assuming the above is true is the 03 rail with injector harness a direct plug in to an 02 or will there be PCM issues?

Yeah, it plugs right in, the only difference I believe is the size of the injectors, so that changes the way the rail mounts. I know the high impedance injectors will plug in and work just fine, so you won't have any issues.

The saab injectors work on 02 style cav and fires only.
While the 03+ style rail can use the supercharger injectors.

well id be using an 03 rail and injector harnesses and the gm supercharger injectors im largely concerned on whether it just plugs right in or not i wouldnt be using anything from the 02 rail

it should go in with no problems other then doing something about your stock FPR....i beleive there on the opposite side on the 02 rails then the 03?? unless your getting the whole rail from all the way back from the quick disconnects..then i dont see any problems what so ever....

What exactly isnt fitting? what is "it" ?? what are you trying to acheive? which injectors on which rail?
GMSC injectors wont fit on a 02 eco rail..only the upgraded saab injectors out of some older saab im not too sure about...BUT if you have the 03+ you can use alot ....including stock 2.4 injectors from 00-02 which are ideticle (some say there 19lb and 24lb??)...you can use accell (bosch style)..you can use ford style (red tops..green etc; boshe style also) and the gmsc injectors which also look ideticle to the stock 2.4 00-02 injector and eco 03+ injector. --except the eco injectors have pretty blue O-rings on them -)
If you have the 02 rail you pretty much gotta get the saab injectors everyone is talking about?? or do the whole fuel rail swap which should work if you get the rail all the way back to the quick disconnects..there pretty cheap on ebay.
i have an 02, i was trying to use the 03 rail. the rail sits on the brackets where it mounts but the injectors fall short of making it into the holes. im not sure why though, i looked at an 03 engine yesterday and everything looks identical. the part on the rail where the injectors connect is longer on the 02 rail, thats why u cannot use the saab injectors on the 03, because they are shorter. with the 03 rail the injectors are longer, so it should have made up the difference, but it still fell short of working.
btw i have some saab injectors for sale.
