Im going to try to mount mine to the fire wall with some sort of rubber mounts so it wont be as loud.. but since there is a bit of rubber in the fuel lines in the engine bay, its often easiest to do it that way.. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong

i thought it was best to position the inline closes to the fuel tank as possible??

That's where I want to mount mine(by the tank) not only for the fact that it's better but incase one of the of the lines decide to come off. I know it's easier putting it in the engine bay but easier isn't always better.

Near the tank is a better idea for both safety and
efficiency but i had issues with corrosions so
if possible i would suggest going with an intank

I have mine near the gas tank right now and it's noisy as hell. Prob doesn't help that I don't have it isolated well, it's on the frame, and I have no rear interior. One of these days I'll swap over to an intank pump.

go with an intake. its cheaper than an inline and it doest take that long. took me about 2 hours. the only thing that take a little time is customizing the sending unit so it picks up fuel under 1/4 tank. good luck..

Hey FstCavZ24 (Turbo ECO) do you have any pics on how you installed yours?

I would reccomend going with intank personally.

But if you decide to go inline, there are two types, pushers and pullers, the pushers you mount closest to the tank and pullers you mount closest to the engine.
