I am coming close to haveing everything to Boost my car, and I was wondering What size your charge pipes are( ID)
Would I be better with 2' 2 1/4' 2 1/2'' or 3' pipes. I am using this on my 2200, and only looking to run a max of 8psi if that maks any differance.

I have 2" pipe off the compressor that goes about 6", then expands to 2.25" into the intercooler, then 2.5" out of the intercooler to the TB. Full 2.5" exhuast, just make sure all your charge pipes and exhaust are mandrel bent.

Mine was 2.5. I would say go 2.25 off the compressor until the intercooler, then 2.5 after.

O noes!

the smaller pipe will help keep from alot of pressure drop , over the bigger pipes

and the air will move faster in the smaller pipe

the bigger pipes are will move a larger quantity of air , but the turbo has to be able to fill it

its all a game to figure out , if you gonna stay fairly low boost , and not be a heavy racer , id stay on the smaller side
