Ummm its a LIL bit more comoplicated than that. I know on my 96 2.2 i had to remove a/c and brackets to even be able to reach the bolts.
Hard? NO...just a simple task, NO
easier than some things though
what about oil lines? what size or they?, you need AN fittings for the feed line, and where are you going to tap for feed? for return you don't have to use an fittings but its recommended because it could leak. You don't need to swap in a new oil pan you just gotta take it off to weld in a return fitting. whats your fuel management look like? just larger injectors?
cavaliers been laid to rest

a new cavalier is in the mist
The guy selling the kit offered me a pretapped oil pan and i took it. Wasn't sure how much trouble that was gonna be.
I was curious because I've personally never installed a turbo before and wanted to see if i could find ,if nothing else, a list of steps to refer to incase i get in some trouble. The kit includes new injectors ,MSD fuel pump , and FMU.
The seller said the kit was bolted onto his car for a good 1500 miles, but, everything looks sound.
Any Help
go to borders and pick up a book called Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. In the last chapter of the book is an installation and troubleshooting guide to turbo kits. It's worth the $40.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
