ok i bought the HKS BOV. idn if many people have it or not. but i noticed tehre was a flange and i didnt purchase this (noticed it about 2 weeks after i ordered the BOV). did anyone get away w/out it or kinda custom make one. you kno just the thing that welds to your piping then the BOV sits on that or w.e. cuz im down to boosting in about 2 days and i cant get the flange that fast. can i do without. if so i have a good welder who knows how to custom make S**t so if anyone thinks i can do so ill go with that. thanks

you wanna buy it man. the way that the c-clip has to slide in there would make it pretty tough to make. Use express shipping. Remember: youre starting your install 2 days from now, pretty good chance thats not the same day youre finishing it. Youll get it in time.

on a side note-im rewelding a set of aluminum pipes for my setup, that way i can just weld my hks bov directly to the tubing. if you have some alum pipes and a machine that can weld em....then just do that.

i've always been a fan of the 1g DSM blow off valve... cheap, moderately loud, and vents well. good for up to 26 psi from what i have read on DSM sites.
