i tied in the my fpr for my boost gage.... bluetoungmotorsports is were you can get pullys ..... if your crank pully is smaller it would be counterproductive for the boost pressher, also you would probly have to use a smaller belt with a smaller alt. pully.

or better yet... get the Pulley Boys Quick change pulleys... cost less money...and you can switch between pulleys in like 5 min. They are meant for the M90 superchargers i believe (GTP supercharger) but a lot of people have them on their M45 superchargers. Mr Pute has a picture on here some where of his and he says it fits perfectly.

For Gauges i highly recommend getting the Stewart Warner Performance series gauges... if you like i can get a picture of my boost gauge and other gauge i have in my car from them.

I swear to god, I'm going to make a GM Supercharger FAQ. This question comes up every week.

That's the Pulley Boys Qwikchange 2.6" pulley. Don't waste your money on the Embree. It's way more expensive for the same exact thing. The only difference is that the Embree is a 5 rib versus the PB being 6 ribs. It DOES NOT make a difference. If you're retarded enough to spend an additional $100 to have a 5 rib pulley that matches your belt perfectly, yay...congrats to you on blowing that kind of money on something so unnecessary.

I would listen to mr puter. he is teh smartness.

i think any thing from 3.8" - 2.4" you can get from pulley boys and they all fit on the GM supercharger since they all use the same mounting hub... but stock pulley on a M45 supercharger is 2.8" i believe which is 4-5psi... then 2.6" give you around 6-7psi, 2.5" gives you 8-9psi and i dont think any one has tryed the 2.4" pulley... would be interesting to see though.

hey freebs ya totally skipped the 2.7" pulley , i had the 2.5 at one point i was seeing 11 psi on a good day when it was real cold out the thing pulled like a MOFO, but as soon as it got warm it didnt, i was racing someone in 95 degree weather and i had forgot to go back to the 2.7" and i blew her up. DDOOOOHHHH (smacks self in head) i have the 2.7 2.6 and 2.5 pulleys, im currently running the 2.6, its still fairley cool out so the car runs great, but i think in a month im gonna go to the 2.7" just to play it safe, dont wanna have to change another motor.

ahhh crap i did too.... do you think if you had alcohol injection on your car when you had the 2.5" pulley on it would have been fine? or was it just the car went lean and boom? because right now i am going to order a 2.7" and 2.6" pulley and i have an alcohol kit going on the car so i can try the 2.5" pulley but i am thinking i need bigger injectors and the adjustable fuel pressure regulator as well.. what do you think?
