what are the incompatabilitiies with the GM supercharger for the 2.3 quad four. Like is realistically possible for it to work on the 2.3 or is completely out of the question.

You need to use an adapter flange to match the 2.4 supercharger ports to the 2.3 head ports. You are also going to need to relocate the oil filling tube and do away wit the oil seperator. Everything else should work fine with it.
