check out rceng.com awesome injectors. a little expensive but just about the best out there. good luck. they have a injector worksheet on their site to figure out what size you need.
^^^^ That's what Karo sells
buy em from karo!!!

i will complain later they gave me a 1 year warrentee. so if i feel they are not performing i will send them back and i will get the ford racing ones. everyone around here says they are the @!#$... they are just a little more expensive

Why do you ask for advice then when we give it to you, you totally blow it off?
Then when you say you got some crappy injectors and don't listen you what we say, let me just say don't be mad when you hit full boost and your injector(s) leak enough to totally lean out your motor..........*BOOM*
because i am very impatient. and the dead line of getting them here today was drawing near so i needed to order them

You have to think about the quality too. Venom is just another company make BS product and asking way too much. You don't seem to know how the injector works. The spray pattern can be POS so it won't be good.
Say byebye to your engine. You'll need a new one soon.
I know, I ran lean and I need to tear down the engine.
if you don't care about what we say, why did you bother to ask?
a deadline can be push if you're waiting for the right parts. now, you'll have to do the job twice. then you'll be complaining about venom. I can see you coming from far with this.

you knew that you just waste your money with those injectors.
you don't have an AFPR nor an FMU. so with a set of 240cc witch is around 22.9lbs/hr, you can make 125hp with a duty cycle of 80% with F/I.
so basicly you bought a set of injectors for no reason.
unless you have some kind of suplementary injectors controller, FMU or AFPR, you just waste your money.

i apologize for the typo i ment 24lb injectors is what i got

i don't want to sound like an ass....but i think the 24lb injectors are too small... i mean i know 2.4L's are different from the 2.2L's but on my car with the GM supercharger my 310cc (29.5lb) injectors max out around 205-210hp at the wheels.. so i am not sure what hp numbers you want to make... Also i haven't looked into the venom injectors but i do know RC's are defiantly what you want to go with if at all possible...
Supercharged 2.4L
24 lb/hr injectors come stock on the 99+ Z24's. You could have gotten those a lot cheaper than a set of Venoms...and they would have been better quality.

venom doesnt cover the leaks on the injectors. you just wasted what 2?300$ you could have gotten bigger better injectors through karo...but its your car..i was gonna go with venom untill i found out and saw how bad they sucked those are like honda injectors..
no..the 99+ are not 24..those were confirmed in another post that they flow as 19lbs..and those im sure dont fit in the 2.2 ohv ..thats what sinrocker has. But as far as getting 24lb injectors..i would go one step higher..8 PSI on your vortec + your mods + stock engine hp roughly would be around 180-200 hp. Im guessing. your engine puts only around 110 to the wheels + all you mods and blower. so you would need something around 310cc to be safe. If you use those 24lbs you will deffinelty need a FMU to push pressure out of them to push out more fuel..24lbs only are good for about 150 hp =( but put them uner 70 PSI of fuel pressure they might hold up to 170ish....just a guestimation...
your call bro! hehe

I used to think that to, but anothe rmember here pointed something out to me and in my exchange of numerous emails with Delphi I came to the conclusion that the 2.4L uses 24 lb/hr for the 99+ and 25 lb/hr for the 96-98 2.4L years. Take a look at this site:

Enter the info and see for yourself. Also, you can search other applications for other injectors that may work as upgrades.

guess i cant argue with that .......=(
I'd love to see some flow tests on those injectors, because it looks like both ratings are correct. They're listed as 24lbs/hr @ 55 psi, which is only 19 lbs/hr at a rail pressure of 35 psi, or 21 lbs/hr @ 43.5 psi.
The older Z injectors are rated at 25lbs/hr @ 43.5 psi. They will flow more fuel.
If I was buying injectors, I'd probably look for the 96-98 parts.

Not sure what you mean, but doesn't rail presure vary? My 99 2.4L was around 45 psi with the stock FPR and I cranked it to around 48 with my AFPR.
