well i cant believe it, but the 2.4 is finally going back together. im counting down the days till i get to here the wonderful sound of that vortech blower whisteling under the hood, god i miss it. anyway, ok here is the situation. i am pretty sure i have my injectors figured out after much time spent on rc's website trying different numbers on the injector worksheet. ok, this is my fuel setup. i have a adjustable fmu, 255lph pump, venom fuel rail, adjustable fpr, plx m-300 wideband, and a msd digital dis2. i am only running about 6 to 7 psi and i am also running a front mount intercooler "which is planning to be fogged with methanol soon after i get it running." i think im gunna order some 370cc injectors, i dont think i will have a problem feeding it enough fuel with them. im not running an insane amount of boost, and the intercooler will help alot. the only thing i am worrying about is getting it to idle with drounding itself in fuel. i think with the fpr, and the fmu i will be able to control it. if i cant get it to idle, i am going to definately invest in an e-manage. i was going to just get one now but money is tight and i think with the plx m-300 i will be able to get it close. any comments on the injector size would be appreciated thanks guys. i WILL be posting pics of the rebuild soon, thanks again.
how much hp do you plan on making? or like your goal? i think 370cc is good to like 260ish whp.... i could be wrong but it seems like you got all of it planed out and 370 seems right for your set up...
Get an Adj. FPR...... that way, you can turn the fuel pressure down at idle, and not flood out..... Then the FMU will raise the pressure back up under boost. The 370's should be fine.
Just play with it, and watch the WideBand.....

370cc injectors @ 43.5 psi of fuel pressure @ 75% duty cycle (safe for boosted motor) are good for 175hp...... BUT use the fmu to get that pressure up to about 65psi under full boost, and you should be good for 260hp @ a safe 75% duty cycle..... . you could even boost the fuel pressure higher..... if you wanted to push more HP.

thanks so much guys. i am gunna order them today. ya, i am running an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. im getting a little frustrated with highrevperformance. i ordered a flywheel from them 4 weeks ago and they said it was on a 3 week back order from fidanza and they havent contacted me since. i also orderd my fuel pressure regulator from them and they forgot to send it to me along with the 255 pump. but i got the pump put in so atleast i dont have to listen to that annoying msd inline anymore..haha... like i said, i plan on posting some pics soon. cant wait to see what she puts down on the dyno. check my profile for the goodies i put into her... they will make ya grin.....
