so i just got my car running again and i was driving and there was no boost so looked at the bypass valve on the supercharger and both screws fell out

wtf how did the screws fall out lol, get that bypass valve back on there lol

and nope i dont think anyones had that happend to them

maybe it from the vibrations for then polyutathane motor and tranny mounts, but idk, its fixed now and loc-tited

well isn't that screw adjustable? it might be a different one i am thinking off but when i was looking at the by pass valve i thought i saw a screw where you could adjust it in some way???

Isn't there also a great big label that says "Factory Adjusted, DO NOT TOUCH"?

I'm wondering how you can even see the bypass valve. Changing the MAP sensor this morning was a serious PITA. You just can't see anything under there!

what does that screw do? maybe somehow it could be adujsted to see more boost or less??? or sooner or later???? i have no idea what im talking about lol......

ahah yea i saw that right when i went to play with it.... but i am still curious what it does? like MatMan said i wonder if i will have somthing to do with boost levels? or when the by pass valve opens or closes.

yea i really wanna know what it does. it would be ineresting to see what would happen if someone adjusted it somehow.
