Hey everyone,
I'm currently working on getting an order ready for a turbo kit right now, so I figured I'd post a few pictures of the things I have ready. I'm still waiting on the manifold, gaskets, Blow Off Valve, and a few other pieces to come in from the shop. Anyways, our kits will offer every single bolt, washer, nut, and piece that you need to install a Base Turbo setup on your Cavalier or Sunfire. This will now also include an intercooler.
Keep in mind these are only pictures of what's ready so far, not everything for the kit. Enjoy.
Everything will be a perfect fit and will not require ANY modification (to the charge pipes, manifold ... - nothing).

Yeah, we should have the kits available for the 2.2, 2.2 ecotec, 2200, and 2.4. I'm not sure that we'll be getting into the 2.3...

Yeah, same price! It includes all of the following:
Garrett T3 Turbo
Manifold
Intercooler
Bosch Blow Off Valve
Charge Pipes (w/custom welds for blow off valve)
Oil Feed Kit
Oil Return Kit
Vacuum Lines
Manifold Gasket
T3 Gasket
Silicon Boots & Clamps
Bolts, Nuts, Washers, & Necessary Hardware
And because I know I'll be asked this, the compressor wheel is a t3 60 trim and the compressor housing is a 42ar . The turbine side is a 48ar with a standard T3 flange.
Also, the intercooler is an overall size of 28.25 in x 7.5 in x 2.5 in (core size of 20.5 in x 6.25 in x2.25 in). The inlet and outlet is 2.5 inches.
Also, shipping for everything is $80 by UPS Ground. That brings it all to $2375 SHIPPED. Thanks!

Also does this include a down pipe, or any fuel upgrades?
Sounds good man! The downpipe is not included with this kit as of right now, but i might be able to offer it for a small price if I can get up to the exhaust shop and talk with them about it. The fuel modifications are not included, but can be purchased seperately. This is pretty much the same kit as Cavalier Connection's, but it's our own brand and designs. Also, ours includes the intercooler.

They never put the 3 speed in the Z24. Thats what I mean... And its VERY rare to find one in a base model with the 2.4, so chances are, you have the 4 speed auto.

Hey! Don't hijack my thread!
I'll tell you anyways, haha. Look down at your shifter. If it says 1, 2, 3, DRIVE, then it's a 4 speed automatic. If it says 1, 2, DRIVE, then it's a THREE speed automatic.
Anyways, if anyone's interested in a kit, let me know. I might run a GP on this for a few bucks cheaper.

Nooo, those are just thrown in the box for now until I get everything else in. Everything will be carefully packaged and put in bags, then bubble wrapped. It'll also be packaged with newspaper to ensure a safely packaged kit
