I was looking in the Sept. 03 issue of sport compact car with the black turbo'd cav. Looking at the wastegate, it's plumbed in the down pipe. Is this an internally gated turbo that was modified for an external? Since I've never really seen a modified internal gate before, I was kinda confused about it
