Hi there

I currently have a stock 2.2L OHV cavalier with 100,000 miles on it. (automatic trans)

will it be worth turbocharging it at 6 psi with some nice injectors

OR

should I swap a new engine, ECM, fuel lines, transmition ETC ??

if so which engine ??

I just want like 180hp - 200hp

boost the engine you have it's not worth the hassle of an engine swap. but if the engine you have is in poor shape than just do a swap.

I have the same engine and im gonna swap for a 2.4, Much better platform for turbo.

2.2. Honestly, parts are cheaper, your goal is easily supported with that motor stock built, and when (sorry, I mean if) it blows up, you're not dicking around with trying to piece together an exspensive project.

yeah and if I blow my 2.2L engine, i could get an used one for cheaper too....

a 2.3 HO or W41 will give you that mark N/A.. up to you..

what car do you get a 2.3 ho from and is it easy to install you lnow like just computer, harness, tranny, and motor

you can get them from brettas and grand am's and i'm not sure but maybe corsicas but i think corsicas only had lo's but i'm not sure.
