Yes i searched. anyways, i wanted to know what the fastest boosted j on the org runs. also what other boosted j's ran (preferably 2.4's cause thats what i have). the reason being is that i almost have all the parts to complete my turbo kit, and i was wondering if it is even worth it, or if i should sell my kit, go full show with my cav, a nd get like a camaro SS or something. Input on the matter is also apricciated.
id take an ss over my car anyday lol unless maybe if my car could beat em for whatever reason

^^^ in a gutted cav that only weighs 1900 lbs or something crazy like that. Then you have SpeedracerZ who ran a 12.8 with a turboed 2.4 with stock internals (except cams)

Well sure if you do the math it all makes sense.
1900 lbs vs 2800 lbs... about 1000 lbs diff. .1 sec per 100 lbs.. more or less the same thing.. they both make the almost the same amount of HP.....
uh yeah i hear the new ecos with the Haas turbo kit runs 12.92 at 9 psi and uh yeah i know a guy with an ss in the Algonquin illinois area with like 5k in his motor and he only runs 12.90's so we will see if i can give him a run for his money after i install my turbo by summer. But i still love the sound of an open piped ss. Problem with an ss is the hookup. They got ass loads of hp and tq but after a certain hp they need to spend some cash on wheels to get the hookup. But still Jbodies and SS same family i respect both especially since right now they rape most jbodies
