I turboing my 04 ecotec and the GM supercharger injectors are a direct swap. My question is, what year 2.4 liters do these injectors fit?
Why does that matter? None of the cavaliers came with the injectors stock.
They fit all of the LD9s. It's just a matter of whether or not the ECU supports the impedence level. Your Eco ECU should work fine with them.

Right but all an injector is is a 12 volt solenoid. The 2000-up injectors (regardless of which engine except for maybe the 2200. I don't know much about that engine) are high impedence. 95-99 are low impedence. In theory, the Ecotec engine should be able to handle the injectors just fine electronically. The only thing that could possibly be different is the size of the port the injectors fit into on the fuel rail and the head......whether or not they're the same, I don't know.

yeah, Mr. Pute thats I was looking for, size. I know they will work electroniclly but I am looking for an injector that will be a direct replacement in case I ever have to go back to stock.
in order to use the 99-02 2.4 injectors you have to use the 03-05 fuel rail set up
the 02 eco had different injectors and fuel rail
the 99 2.4 used the high ohm multec 2 injectors like the 00-02
the gm s/c injectors are 320cc
the 99-02 2.4 and 03-05 eco injectors are also the same style multec 2 injectors as the 99-02 2.2 ohv motor
just the size ratings are different for each motor

Yes the SC injectors from the 2.4l LD9 kit are a direct swap for 03 and up ECO's. The electrical clips, injector size, impedence... It's all the same. I know because I have them in my 04 ECO.

Yeah yeah, I know. I was trying to avoid the confusion though due to the fact that half of the 99 models came out with the old fuel system and the other half came out with the new one.

ive never seen a 99 with the 98-older style injectors
i have seen the very early 99 g/as with egr , cause they came out early 98
i worked at a chevy dealer from late 98 to 02
I stand corrected then. I always assumed that since the EGRs were sporadic, the injectors were too.

ok so just so im understanding you 100%
the injectors from the 02-2.4 are the same as the 03-04 ecotecs?
so these injectors and all the other RC injctors that karo carries will work in my 04 ecotec?
