does the Greddy cable have to be used to hook up the e-manage to a laptop, or can a regular USB cable be used?
you need to use the greddy cable, or one of the clone cables avalible with the correct drivers. a regular usb to usb will not work, an they say it can possibly damage the emanage main unit.
