So I go out to work on the car, fires right up, I drive it into my garage take my intercooler pipes off to clean them since they r new, put them back on.... Wont start now, it turns over freely, no start. I'm going crazy, checked the crank sensor wire but I'm not ruling that out. Anyone have any ideas before I give this car away.

thats not too bad, im on my third motor now. my car is broken more often than it runs, and im about to be on my fourth motor.....
when a car doesnt start there are 3 things it can be:
not enouph power to turn over-you have this
no spark
no fuel.
check your spark by grounding out a plug wire. if your getting spark then your not getting fuel. %70 of the time when your car isnt getting fuel and it happens that fast its a relay.

ok, w3ll I'm not retarded, I was just pissed. The car has fuel, 40psi worth. The car was cranking freely, and I know I didnt loose compression by starting it and driving it 5 feet. Something in the wiring harness musta got bumped when I put the ic pipes on, the only thing I can think of.

Did you pull it into your garage while running those 370cc injectors? Does the car run really rich at idle?
I am running 310cc injectors on my 2.2. If shut off the car before letting it totally warm up and try it restart it, it sometimes has trouble restarting because it has been running so rich. My car runs rich anyways at idle anyways with the 310cc injectors, and it runs even worse during a cold start.
Maybe that is what happend with your car?....Runs rich at idle, runs even more rich during cold start. You do a cold start, shut the car off a few secs later, try to restart and nothing happens because of too much fuel on the plugs??????? It happened to me a few weeks ago.
Maybe try changing your plugs.
