To say it's junk is ignorant. From what I've seen this could potentially be a good setup, but noones tried it on our cars and I'm sure noone knows anyone personally that has tried it on any vehicle. I'm sure the first time a turbo was taken off a big diesel engine and put it on a car the naysayers said the same thing.

^^^ Exactly Nobody has tried it on this board so Nobody knows. It is a good idea know only if someone could afford to try to do this.

yeah its a great idea, but I am sure the turbo lag would be pretty bad. but you don't have to get a manifold, you just stick it on the piping later on, but this also leaves room for damage to the turbo. this kinda setup has its pros and cons.

some how i knew this was going to come up on here. since the article in HCI on the kits. its sounds like it could work, if someone could find out what is so special about the turbo's they use. (the article said that the turbo has to be the "right" one to mount in the back) also the exhaust and intake piping are coated with some stuff to help with heat and cooling. If your worried about the spooling you could also try using a exhuast pipe starting at like 3" and slowly make it go down to 2.5" to keep the velocity of the air.

Sorry I am no expert on anything in this forum, just putting in what I learned from researching this after it caught my attention in HCI
