i was wondering what sized intercooler would be ideal for running 10psi as i would like to have it as little pressure loss as possible.

what is the average length/width/depth for the core

Eh, just pick up a JRC 6" intercooler. Cheap, effective, and very nice.

My thoughts as well..

I have a pretty big (not sure of the measurements) Griffin intercooler that looks good behind both my stock and/or primer gray Avenger bumper... I want to paint a smiley face or something on it

Are you two f'in kidding me???

Obviously you haven't SEEN the JRC Intercooler... it's possible to love the quality of an item you've paid good and hard money for. Just because it's not ON the car and running yet doesn't mean I can't like it just for what it is.

That's like saying I can't say I love somebody's car that I've never actually seen in person... just because it's not mine and I haven't driven it doesn't mean I can't love it.

I didn't see you question Ron (Kickazz) about his comment since his is sitting under his kitchen table and isn't being used yet either - how would he know if it's effective or "very nice"?

Sheesh.

I take that as a compliment - thank you.

I wasn't talking about really how GOOD it looks... it's the welds. They're incredible- I've never seen such clean welds in my life. The way the thing was packed is unreal - it's practically in its own little suitcase. Just sitting in the box it looks like a wonderful piece of engineering.

THAT'S what I mean by looks. I'm hiding my Intercooler - I don't want people to see it under the bumper.
