I've tried E-mails, left 2 messages like a week apart, anyone know whats going on at haas? I'm just trying to order there manifold for my ION, up until now they have been wonderful with customer service and getting back to me with any questions or concerns I had.
Just wondering if you guys know if anythings up with them.
I talked to Dave a few days ago, If you emailed Dave directly, he is out of the office. He is checking his email when he gets the chance but response times might be slower then usual because of it. The last time I talked to Dave he had this to say
"I am not around the office much right now because of a few personal problems. i will try to check things a bit over the next few weeks."
hope that helps, you should try to email Justin or just call their customer support line if you need a quicker response.

WOuld you have justin E-mail by chance I have tried calling daily and E-mailing but no response yet.
