i almost have my turbo kit built and now I need a new clutch. in a couple of weeks I will be ordering the turbo, wideband, and a new clutch. I just was wanting your opinions of different clutches that you guys have experienced with while being in a boosted car. the good the bad and the horrible, and yes I have done a search.
The reason I posted this in the boosted forum is because that is the soul purpose of what I want my new clutch for.

If your interested in custom aluminum tilt wheel levers hit me up!
I have a SPEC stage 2 clutch and its a more friendly city clutch, and holds well. I'm not boosted yet, but will be in a few months. I love it, it grabs quick, and stiff.and i like that I can driving it in traffic easily, where as the stage 3 is an on/off style clutch. That makes traffic more difficult
Centerforce Dual Friction. One of few without any "problem". It's been 2 years now and never slip even under high abuse. (5 x 1/4 mile in 20 min.)

SPEC Stage 3 4 Puck. Over 200 + 1/4 mile runs on it and about 7500 daily driving miles on it.
I have considered a spec clutch but I have been searching through the transmission forums and I have read alot of bad stuff about them. But you all say you like them so i might consider them again. Any one have a Bully clutch they are pretty expensive but do they hold up pretty good, and are the ACT clutches any good?? I know Im asking alot but I want to be very knowledgeable about the product before I buy one.

I have had a 2 center force duel frictons and a spec stage 3 I liked the spec for the grip but liked the center force just cuz it was easier to drive with and still held good.

hey guys,
i installed the spec stage 3 last summer and have a few months on it under 8 pounds of boost. i love it, never slips, not hard to drive........just feels a little stiffer than stock. i love it....i would recommend the spec...u dont have to go as agressive as a stage 3 but definately go spec....and get it from karo...awesome guy to deal with. just make sure u break it in correctly.... good luck.. best e.t.: 14.2@97mph.
ACT street disc for 40k miles now. 5k boosted miles. Still great. Little stiff, but takes some getting used to.

well I think I want to go with a Spec stage 3 from Karo. it has good reviews and is a great price. And I will make sure it is broke in properly, I heard that it can make or break a clutch if not done properly. thanks guys.

Bulley Stage 3 4 puck.
I love this cltuch, it has never slipped on me and is fine for everyday driving. When I missed a shift from 3rd to 4th and hit 2nd I ended up bending the pressure plate (my fault). They had it fixed and upgraded within two days of me sending it to them. It was back in my car in under a week. Best customer service I have ever recived from any manufacturer
