You should look into a tubular manifold for the turbo. Just doing that on my car made it spool easier and it made a bunch more power. Cheap too. Old pacesetter header, chop the runners down and buzz on a merge/flange and win.
The rest looks awesome. Going back i wish i would have removed the front end to do mine. so much more room for activities without the radiator and bumper in the way.
Happy to see someone else with an LN2 still going. I miss the heck out of mine.

This is necessity when setting up a SC on an l61 car. It's highly unfortunate.

Those of you who remember this car ..... Thanks!
This rebuild was a costly unneeded misfourtune ...
About 3 years ago the car started to make an awful "slapping" noise.
I had a couple people listen to it, and none of us could pin point the noise.
So I decided to tear apart the engine because I assumed it was something bad internally.
Thinking it was a spun bearing or rod knock I let the car sit for a while until I started to tear it apart.
Upon disassembly I removed the valve cover, everything looked great!
I removed the rockers and pushrods, still everything looked great!
I examined the cam with a light thru the head, the lobes all looked great!
After all of this I assumed the issue was still in the bottom end.
When I finally got the nerve to dig into the bottom end, I removed the upper motor mount, head studs and oil pan.
Now I was ready to remove the head and expose the entire bottom end.
I grabbed the coil pack on the right of the head, and the main head/engine bracket on the left .....
When I went to lift the head off the block, the main bracket shifted in my hand ..... WTF!!!!!
2 of the 4 bolts attachment bolts to the head had backed out and were gone, the other 2 were loose and on their way out.
So, the awful noise was this bracket slapping the head with every belt revolution because all the accessories are mounted to it.
With the head gasket seal broken I just decided to rebuild the whole thing again.
Only real new addition is a new "turbo cam" from IPP and a new oil cooler with thermostatically controlled fans.
MATT LINKE I know a tubular header would be great, but I would require a ton more fabrication such as charge pipes, exhaust & wastegate.
The turbo is a MHI Big 16G Ported 7cm exhaust housing and 42mm internal gate, this thing spools very fast!
I ADDED LOCTITE TO ALL BOLTS ON THIS BUILD!!!!!
I got the intercooler mounted last night also.
Only a couple more days in the garage and it should be ready, but house projects must prevail as well.

I still have one more set available.
Mine have been working great since the car has been sitting in the garage ...
When it was on the road I had no problems.
Sorry to say, this will be postponed for a little while.
I started to fill up the coolant this week, and last night I noticed a puddle under the car.
The head is cracked through the EGR casting port on the intake side.
I hope this didn't contaminate the oil.
Ill be building a new head for this now!
uurrgghh!!!!!
Unfortunate :/ those heads love to crack, huh?

Man that intercooler is almost as big as the radiator, not sure what hp your shooting for but just by looking at the intercooler it must be upwards in the 400 whp. Keep up the good work!

I hope you have better luck with the IPP turbo cam than we did in our ln2. I'd have to get my friend to confirm (been like 2yrs) engine builder informed us cam specs were off from advertised when he degreed the cam.
