anyone know what specific kit will fit a 2,2l 1998 cavy? or can I just buy any kit and have it made to fit? what works best? just need some advice here.

There is no specific kit for the 2.2L, any supercharger put on the car is going to be a
custom setup. If you want boost it would be easier and probably cheaper to go turbo IMO.

Like said you'll be better off going turbo with that motor as most of the bigger parts can be found. A long time ago a supercharger kit was made for s10 trucks that had the same motor but it doesn't fit in a cav and I don't recall anyone actually making it work. Plus, that was a centrifugal supercharger meaning it probably sucked anyway.
