Here is what we made, price would be around $475-525 shipped.
Specs:
3/8" mild steel flange
1.5" Tubing (304 SS)
Fully TIG welded - 308 wire
T3 Flange
Wastegate- 38mm or V band- ($70)

Still not sure why manifold manufactures make the flange out of mild, and the runners out of stainless.
The two metals have completely different thermal properties.
This causes them to expand and contract at different rates, making the welds at the flange fatigue and crack.
I made my own manifold just because of this reason, complete 304 s/s flange and fittings.
because the mild steel tends to not warp as much as stainless does and the price of getting the materials cut plays a part too
