I'm swapping out my TB to one that does not have any vac nipples on it. I noticed the one for the EVAP Y's off to both a pinhole after the throttle plate (vac) and also to a small slit directly in front of the plate (no vac when TB is closed all the way). So should the EVAP purge go to a constant vac source (when not in boost) like the manifold or no?

As far as I know, yes, it should see constant vacuum
