i have browsed around in the photo & media section for pics but i couldnt find any...if any one has pics of the install and how they ran the piping it would be great.
thank you
Did you cut the metal impact absorber, or are you trying to make it fit without cutting that? Ill have to dig up some pictures of mine for you.

thanks for the pic. im trying to get my ic to fit with a streetfighter front bumper.the real problem is the bumper is molded in and i really dont want to cut it out. could you just describe how you ran the hot side. oh and do you still have ac?
The hot side I have the pipe coming from the top of the engine bay, down in front of my altenator, then up underneath the lower radiator brace into the IC. No I dont have my ac anymore.

thank you, how about the oil return line...if anyone knows of a blog that has all the answers please send the link
Mine was notched like the above, the difference is that I made a skid guard that bolts to the bottom or the rad support and to the intercooler that way it doess not move around.....
I literally ran the saw right down the middle of the front metal bumper. whole length. I left the piece of metal that sits flat and drilled some holes in the front to get the bolts in and dropped down the holes so I could still get a wrench on them. Ill see if I have pics. Worked like a dream and bumped the fmic up perfect.
