Ok so I've been doing a bit of research since this is my first time turbo charging a car. I found a 2004 Saab 9-3 and it has 125k on the motor. I told the guy I want the intake manifold exhaust manifold fuel injectors and the turbo with the oil return lines. Now my question is, what do you guys think a good offer would be on it. Also do think I should just get a new turbo since this has 125k or maybe rebuild it? Anyways I would love some feedback from everyone because I k ow your all full of knowledge on this.
ok so nobody is biting on this but i went ahead and offered him 400 for everything and he said fine as long as i come pull it all off.
That is a good price for all that.
yea, i paid 400 for the turbo and manifold
i would proally grab the charge pipes too if you can.
as for the intake manifold, make sure you drill a hole for where the iac will be or it wont stay running.
is there anything else i should try to take from the car besides the charging pipes?
I too paid 400 for the turbo and turbo manifold.
Lol, I got all the intercooler pipes, head turbo down pipe all lines and both manifolds, and turbo for 175. And I know where more are for that price in michigan. lol You have to pull it all off, but the guy owns many of these.
Damn Jason must be nice....
Geez. I'm in the 400 for turbo and manifold club! Probably ~1500 into the whole setup
