My serpentine belt shredded on me the other day. I called my local GM dealer and was quoted $277 for a new belt here in Canada. Searched this site and found some old posts about the Goodyear Gatorback and Gates belts. I was able to get a six rib Gates belt (K060733) for $40 and just cut one rib off. Just wanted to say thanks for the info and let people know that the gates belt fit perfectly. Cheers.

not sure if you have the ECO or the 2.4L. But the gaterback for the 2.4L is a ten rib so you get two for the price of one
I used a the ten rib gator belt for my m45 cut in half with a razor blade and was around $30. If you have the 2.4 let us me know I can find the part number
I had the part number for the gatorback, but there were none in my town. I will order one and get two for the price of one for next time. So far the gates is working fine.
